New ideas for 2022
Let's put the pandemic behind us and look towards the future. Having only just made that statement, we were hit with energy price crisis, rocketing fuel costs and the terrible events unfolding in Ukraine. In times of hardship, we all do it. We make sacrifices, give up the little pleasure and luxuries we treat ourselves to. Whilst, we have carried on growing, we are feeling that business and sales are not as good as they should be. However it is a beautiful day here today. The sun is shining, the skies are blue and the feeling of spring is in the air, so we are optimistic that things may improve. New financial year for us = new ideas. I have always wanted to make butter, so having used the quieter months to do some research, practice and a lot of tasting, we have finally decided to launch our butter. The churner has been ordered and we are waiting with high anticipation for it's arrival. Should be with us in 4 weeks, giving us plenty time to agree on a name (which will be very
